The Woodlands Reserve celebrated recent grand opening
Frankel Building Group recently opened a new, fully furnished model home in The Woodlands Reserve, a 55-lot, gated, custom community in The Woodlands. The property, at 86 Simon Lake, is a five-bedroom, 5,996-square-foot home with a total covered space of 8,601 square feet. The model is open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
The Frankel Building Group community is exceptionally positioned within the established Village of Indian Springs off of Gosling Road and Woodlands Parkway. The Woodlands Reserve is comprised of lot sizes ranging from 12,000 to 23,000 square feet that are surrounded by a wooded nature preserve. With a harmonious mixture of coastal French and Southern coastal architecture, each home will range between 4,000 to 6,000 square feet and have generous back patios and gracious front porches. In addition to the completed model, 10 homes are under contract, and a total of 13 are under construction.
“Our model home gives potential buyers the opportunity to envision the lifestyle that the upscale, luxury neighborhood offers,” said Scott Frankel, principal, Frankel Building Group. “In designing The Woodlands Reserve, we have taken great care in preserving the land’s natural surroundings while simultaneously creating a welcoming, family- friendly community.”
The Woodlands Development Co., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Howard Hughes Corp., is the developer, and Houston-based Frankel Building Group (FBG) is the selected custom-home builder.
Frankel is one of the first custom builders to adopt the LEED for Homes standards of the U.S. Green Building Council and one of only two custom home builders in the nation building every house to LEED certification standards. Each home will feature high-efficiency air conditioning systems, fully enclosed polyurethane spray foam installation, Sub-Zero/Wolf appliances, Toto plumbing and Pella windows. The homes will also feature new and exciting smart home features, including products from Crestron Home Automation.
