Builders debut models, designs in coastal community of Pomona

-

Pomona is a 1,000-acre coastal community on Mustang Bayou, where residents share a connection to the land and nature while enjoying the small-town lifestyle that’s close to everything.

Builders are debuting new models in this Manvel development. Coventry Homes, David Weekley Homes, Highland Homes, Plantation Homes and Trendmaker Homes offer a selection of beautiful, innovative designs and have several new homes ready now.

Buyers will discover a wide array of amenities to enjoy, including a resort-style pool; cabanas; stocked Fish Camp; miles of trails; and acres of parks, lakes and greenbelts. The Exploration Zone Park is almost complete and a new community center is under way.

It’s in the Alvin Independent School District, where students attend Duke Elementary, Rodeo Palms Junior High and Shadow Creek High. An on-site elementary is planned for 2017 and it’s convenient to advanced educational opportunities including Rice and two University of Houston campuses.

Pomona is two miles from a myriad of shops, restaurants and recreational activities at the corner of Texas 288 and FM 518, and 15 miles south of downtown Houston, where entertainment venues, business centers, the Medical Center and Houston Hobby Airport are accessible.

Pomona is Hillwood’s first LiveSmart community in the Houston market and embraces its five LiveSmart design principles: Sense of community, technology, healthy living, education and enrichment, and environmental stewardship.

Buyers can choose from a variety of plans, from the $300,000s to $600,000s, or one of the new homes ready for move-in. Further information
