Jared Anthony’s real estate career soars to success
The responsibilities that airline pilots feel in flying thousands of people daily are great. Moreover, these highly trained pilots learn early to pay close attention to every detail, no matter how small.
Jared Anthony, a Realtor with RE/MAX Elite, was previously an airline pilot for 10 years for the largest regional carrier in the U.S., part of one of the largest airlines in the country.
“Due to my training as a pilot, nothing gets by me in real estate. Every transaction, every aspect of my clients’ goals are handled with my complete attention, from the smallest to the largest detail. My clients continue to be amazed at items I catch that are not at first apparent,” Anthony said.
As a pilot, Anthony worked with a different crew on every flight, which honed his skills quickly in working with different personalities.
Anthony is also very much a people person and cares about his clients. For example, one of his clients came up a little short at closing, so he and the other Realtor involved agreed to give up their commission, so the clients could close. Shortly afterward, the clients paid the commissions.
Anthony was transferred from his home in Oklahoma with the airline five years ago. When he moved here, he did not know anyone, but he has built a large network of friends, and his four-year real estate career has taken off.
“I chose real estate, because I wanted to be in town and build a life here. As a pilot, I was often gone. I love real estate. It is my passion and I have built many lasting friendships with my clients and their families,” Anthony said.
Anthony chose real estate because of his sincere caring for people, and that it would be his own business.
“Real estate for me is my baby; it is what I make it, and I remember this every morning when I get up and know it is time to go to work to make sure my clients are very satisfied,” Anthony said.
Anthony also had some exciting news.
RE/MAX Elite is opening two new offices in Houston, and Anthony is part owner.
RE/MAX Elite is under the umbrella of RE/MAX LLC.
“Customer service and all services provided by RE/MAX will not only be continued but enhanced at RE/MAX Elite,” Anthony said.
