• Lost Cajun Restaurant has leased 2,800 square feet in Atascocita Plaza Shopping Center at FM1960 and Lake Houston Parkway. Jim Hopkins with Real Estate Consultants of Colorado represented the tenant. Kristen Barker with Wulfe & Co. represented the landlord.
• Jersey Mike’s Subshas openedat 28610 U.S.290in Cypress. Miguel Guerra isthe franchise owner.
•A partnership affiliated with Wile Interests has started construction ona third retail component in Katy Green at the Katy Freeway and Greenhouse Road. It will contain 15,000 square feet.
•Harris County Smokehouse has acquired 1.5 acres at the Grand Parkway and Interstate 10 in Katy. David L. Carter of Colliers International represented the buyer. Jazz Hamilton of CB RE represented the seller, Grand Parkway/I-10 Associates. Harris County Smoke house has locations in Cy-Fair and Tomball.
• Laurenzo’s Bar & Grill has opened at 1910 Bag by in Midtown inthe ex-Republic Smoke house& Saloon space.
