Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty welcomes Marianella Tomsyck as a Realtor associate. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business and marketing from Roger Williams University in Bristol, Rhode Island. Her native language is Spanish, but she is also fluent in English and Italian.
BHGRE Gary Greene has named residential real estate veteran and longtime islander Darlene Stewart as manager of its Galveston sales office, where the firm expects to add several new Realtors in anticipation of the island’s continued growth as a second home destination.
Stewart is a licensed agent since 2001 who most recently served as an escrow officer. Prior to moving to Galveston in 1999, she worked in property management.
BHGRE Gary Greene announced that licensed Realtor LaDonna Martin and Brandy Campbell have joined the Tomball office; Rula Jabri has joined the Memorial office, Katie Terry has joined the Cy-Fair office and Susan Cline is joining the Champions sales office.
Martin will work with buyers and sellers of residential properties in many of the area’s communities. A native of Tomball, Martin joins BHGRE Gary Greene after serving as a custom home contractor in south Texas.
A native Houstonian, Campbell has enjoyed a successful career in sales for many years. As an agent, she has received top-producer awards She looks forward to working with her clients to find their new home in the communities of Tomball, Cypress, Spring, and in Northwest Houston.
Jabri holds a degree in business management, and previously held a career in health care management for more than 13 years. She credits her work in marketing, business development, training, patient care, as well as credentialing physicians in health care compliance, for honing her ability to better serve her real estate clients as an agent. Fluent in Arabic and familiar with Middle Eastern culture, she is focused on working with relocations and specializes in older home purchases within the Memorial Villages. She will help buyers and sellers to find their new home within the communities of Memorial, Spring Branch, Galleria, and along the Energy Corridor.
Terry holds a bachelor’s in merchandising from Colorado State University and studied abroad in London, with a focus in marketing. Before transitioning to her career in real estate, she previously worked in the oil and gas industry. She is focused on helping her clients to buy or sell in the communities of Cy-Fair, Fairfield, the Energy Corridor, Katy, and throughout northwest Houston.
Cline, a top-selling licensed agent for nine years, will continue to work with buyers and sellers of residential properties in many of the area’s top-selling communities. Among her professional accolades, Cline is a Master Certified Negotiation Expert, the premier designation in real estate as recognized by the Real Estate Negotiation Institute. She also earned the Graduate Realtor Institute designation for her indepth market knowledge and proficiency in a broad array of real estate subjects.
