Horizon will build in new Azalea District of Valley Ranch
The Signorelli Company, developer of the 1,400-acre master-planned community of Valley Ranch, announced the addition of Texas-based Horizon Homes to its homebuilding team. Valley Ranch is in the northeast Houston area at I-69/Texas 99, north of Kingwood. Horizon Homes model opened in January.
Valley Ranch is the latest addition to Horizon Homes’ growing line-up of communities. The builder creates functional floor plans and elevations reminiscent of the cottage and Craftsman styles. Horizon will be offering homes in the new Azalea District of Valley Ranch, priced from the $190,000s to $240,000s.
One- and two-story floor plans will range from just less than 1,600 square feet to 2,600 square feet. Sales are under way and a model home is expected to open this spring.
“We are excited to bring our unique designs and elevations to Valley Ranch and to be a part of the development surge and activity going on around the community,” said Kristina Jones, marketing manager for Horizon Homes.
“Horizon Homes is an affiliate of the award-winning builder Highland Homes, a company with more than 30 years of building experience in Texas, and shares with them a reputation for ... honest, supportive customer service,” said Daniel Signorelli, president and CEO of The Signorelli Company.
Horizon joins builders Signorelli Homes, First America Homes, Legend Homes and CastleRock Communities in Valley Ranch, where homes are priced from the $180,000splus. Parks, lakes, wooded trails, a community clubhouse with pool and water playground, plus New Caney Independent School District neighborhood schools add to the appeal of Valley Ranch, which is planned to include approximately 2,500 homes and townhomes and 1,000 multifamily residences upon completion.
