has purchased 1.5 acres on Garth Road south of Seabird Street in Baytown for an urgent care facility. Chris Williams of Heritage Texas Properties represente­d the buyer. Wade Sinclair of Claire Sinclair Properties represente­d the seller, Legna II. New York-based DRA Advisors has gained 25

buildings totaling 1.7 million square feet in the Houston area as part of a 19.8-million-squarefoot industrial portfolio acquisitio­n from Bostonbase­d Cabot Properties. Cushman & Wakefield, along with Eastdil Secured, represente­d the seller in the nearly $1.1 billion deal. The 184-building portfolio is 94 percent leased to more than 500 tenants.
