buildings totaling 1.7 million square feet in the Houston area as part of a 19.8-million-squarefoot industrial portfolio acquisition from Bostonbased Cabot Properties. Cushman & Wakefield, along with Eastdil Secured, represented the seller in the nearly $1.1 billion deal. The 184-building portfolio is 94 percent leased to more than 500 tenants.
