Heritage Texas Properties event celebrates top company honors
Robin Mueck, chairman and CEO of Heritage Texas Properties, welcomed the company’s agents, staff and management to the 2016 awards breakfast held on Tuesday, Feb. 7, at Houston Country Club.
Bob Hale, Houston Association of Realtors president and CEO, was the featured speaker for the annual event celebrating outstanding agent production, service and teamwork as well as outstanding staff performance.
For an unprecedented fourth consecutive year, Mike Mahlstedt was named 2016 Companywide Top Producer. Companywide Top Team for 2016 was the Haley Garcia Group.
The company’s 2016 Legend Award went to veteran agent Mary Henderson. Established in 2009, the award recognizes tenured agents who exemplify an exceptional level of sales production and are revered in the industry for expert negotiation, getting the deal done, and professionalism throughout the transaction.
Newcomer Tracey Smith received the company’s 2016 Rising Star Award, given to an agent who has been in the business for less than a year and has achieved the highest level of production.
The 2016 Heart of the House Award went to office assistant Jennifer Marriott. Heart of the House recognizes an employee who exemplifies the Heritage culture, who always goes above and beyond, and is accountable, dependable, loyal, hardworking and kind.
Quoting an African proverb in her opening remarks, Mueck said, “If you want to go fast, go alone; if you want to go far, go together. We have come a long way because of the genuine, passionate way each of you interact with each other and the way you care for and represent those we serve.”
Company president Chaille Ralph said, “It is truly an honor and a privilege to be associated with the level of professionalism and success each of you brings to Heritage. Even more importantly, I am equally proud of how you rally around each other to help, whether it is a business question or a personal time of need which we all experience from time to time.”
