Located on more than 2 acres in Piney Point Village, this home designed by Dillan Kyle has more than 12,000 square feet of living space and offers a list inviting amenities inside and out.

Listing agent Courtney Robertson of Greenwood King Properties Voss Office described home at 11510 Quail Hollow as a “city estate.”

The two-story home includes a long list of appointments including Hope’s steel-framed windows and doors that view the stunning grounds.

A herringbone-pattern floors and a groin-vaulted ceiling adorn the foyer, which leads into the glasswalled gallery with a steel and walnut, floating staircase designed by architect Joe Meppelink.

Just off the gallery is the lounge/reception room with views of the grounds and a Biedermeier-style cabinet connected the fully equipped art deco-inspired bar.

Two galleries traverse the house, including the front gallery, which transitions into the dining room and kitchen.

Designed for entertaining on a grand scale, the formal dining room has rococo-style wainscoting, applique and fireplace, and an interior window looking into the temperature-controlled wine vault that showcases a paneled ceiling and walls, and storage for approximately 1,200 bottles.

Two islands topped with Carrara marble offer seating and storage in the kitchen, which also includes under-mounted and prep sinks, a Miele refrigerator and freezer in a built-in armoire, a La Cornue range with ovens and a pot filler, a mount for a flat-screen television, sitting area/breakfast room with a fireplace, and a beautiful return staircase that Robertson said was inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright’s staircase in the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum.

There is also a kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, sink, oven and dishwasher.

The great room, located between the kitchen and game room, has Hope’s steel-framed windows and glass doors, and access to the rear gallery leading to the master suite. The versatile game room space includes a ceiling with transom windows on three sides, a walnut plank floor, pendant lighting, and a A/V system with a Roku television and Kaleidoscope Movie Store with 11,000 movies and 2,000 television series.

The study is accented by a wall of reclaimed Chicago brick and a craft room or small office is located across the hall.

Private and elegant, the first-floor master suite has a fireplace with black granite surround, French doors opening to the backyard, electronic window shades, an elegant bath with an inlaid marble floor, dual sinks with Lucite bases and Calacatta marble decks, a freestanding soaking tub, and a shower with gold leaf tile infused with faceted glass designed by Ann Sacks.

The home’s main staircase leads an open secondfloor landing and hall with a wall of Hope’s steelframed windows, and access to the well-appointed secondary bedrooms and luxury baths.

Outside, the sheltered outdoor living and dining areas include Pennsylvania blue-stone pavers, surround sound, a ship-lap ceiling and a cupola.

The extensive park-like grounds offer a tennis court with LED lights for night-time play, a copper-clad folly and a low brick wall; a lap pool with glass tile sides and meter markers on the bottom, a spa and a 110-foot-by70-foot soccer field.

Additional highlights include a crushed granite motor court, a four-car garage and a commercial generator with whole house capability.

With six bedrooms, five full baths and two halfbaths, this home is priced at $10,250,000.
