Eaton’s main focus area is NW Houston

Eaton has been in the Lone Star State long enough to claim she is a Texan. She is originally from Delaware and Pennsylvania.
“We have also lived in Indonesia and Qatar, so I understand what my clients are going through that are moving from a different city, state or country,” Eaton said.
Eaton’s main focus area is northwest Houston including Cypress, Champions, Tomball, Spring and The Woodlands.
“The Spring, Cypress, Tomball and Woodlands areas are growing fast. With the addition of the Grand Parkway, we are seeing growth not only in the residential sector but also shopping, schools, restaurants and culturally are expanding and will continue to do so. The addition of ExxonMobil and other new businesses has increased the need for housing,” Eaton said.
This is an excellent time to buy or sell in these areas, as interest rates are still low. However, the market indicates that they may be rising soon.
Eaton and her family live in her focus area, so she knows the area well, including the schools, and she keeps her finger on the pulse of the real estate market.
She also has continued her education and holds numerous certifications to ensure her clients are receiving the best and most current information about contracts, and the transaction as a whole.
