Dayton teen critical with severe burns

A teenager suffered severe burns from a bonfire Friday night, according to Dayton police department.

The family brought the 19-year-old to the Liberty County EMS fire department in Dayton around 11 p.m. He had severe burns on his upper body, and the fire department called Life Flight.

The teen was transported to Memorial Hermann Hospital in critical condition, and it is unknown whether he will survive.
