Semaan translates construction savvy into real estate
Fadi Semaan, Realtor with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Anderson Properties, received his real estate license in 2010 after spending two decades in the construction and development industry.
His extensive construction knowledge and experience translated easily into real estate, such as negotiating materials, labor, contracts, property, etc. He also sold the properties he built, so he thoroughly understands the buying and selling process.
“When I am working with a client, with my background, I can provide additional information and insight into a home I’m showing, such as the quality, renovations suggestions, etc.,” Semaan said.
Semaan arrived in Houston in 1989 from Florida, and calls Katy home.
He works in residential homes and commercial. His main focus for residential homes is from west Houston to Katy. Yet, when it comes to his commercial clients, he goes where clients are interested.
He also works with clients in all price points, from first-time home buyers to seasoned investors, and million-dollar homes.
Semaan has continued his real estate education to ensure his clients received the best possible service and to provide accurate information and solid guidance. He also stays up to date on new regulations, requirements and contracts in the everchanging world of real estate.
He is from the Graduate Realtor Institute, and is a Certified Relocation Specialist, Accredited Buyers Representative and a member of the President’s Circle with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Anderson Properties.
Semaan’s multicultural background and previous work experience have contributed significantly to his success as a Realtor, and enabled him to work with and have a better understanding of today’s diverse clientele who are relocating to the Houston area from around the world.
“Drive, enthusiasm and going above and beyond” are just a few of the words clients use to describe Semaan, as well as his great sense of humor. He has a way of making people feel at ease, alleviating some of the stress that often comes along when buying, selling or relocating.
“Moving into being a full-time Realtor seemed like the next logical step in my career. I love working with people, houses that become homes, and the process of walking with my clients to closing,” Semaan said.
