Market at Springwoods Village adds to its tenant list
Regency Centers announced more tenants in The Market at Springwoods Village, a Krogeranchored center set to open at the Grand Parkway and Holzwarth Road this fall. They are Jinya Ramen Bar, 2,800 square feet; Natural Pawz, 1,900 square feet; Edible Arrangements, 1,400 square feet; Zoës Kitchen, 2,800 square feet; Tarka Indian Kitchen, 2,800 square feet; and Chick-fil-A, 7,000 square feet.
Udipi Cafe has leased 2,360 square feet in the Royal Montreal Shopping Center at 2004 S. Mason Road in Katy. Matt McKinnerney and Jonathan Aron of Hunington Properties represented the landlord.
Nekter Juice Bar is opening in Midtown at 304 W. Gray. The chain, which made its Houston debut at 3800 Southwest Freeway near Greenway Plaza, also plans a location next to the new Define fitness studio in the 6700 block of Ferris in Bellaire. Since opening in California in 2010, Nekter has expanded to Arizona, Colorado, Nevada and Texas.
Burgerim, a mini-burger chain expanding in the Houston market, has signed as a tenant in The Shops at Sienna Creek, a development of Hunington Properties at the entry to Sienna Plantation. Burgerim has leased 1,600 square feet at 9101 Sienna Christus Drive at Texas 6 and Sienna Parkway in Missouri City. Jesse Hernandez and Stephen Pheigaru represented the landlord.
Lice Hunter MD has leased 1,000 square feet in Cypress Village Station at the intersection of U.S. 290 and Skinner Road, Cypress. Zack Sturgeon represented the landlord, NewQuest Properties.
Tasty Daiquiris has leased 1,200 square feet at 9526 N. Sam Houston Parkway East in Humble. Dylan Schopper and William McCarthy with Finial Group represented the landlord, Fall Creek Plaza 3.
Blair Insurance Group has leased 1,169 square feet for an Allstate Insurance agency in the Miramesa Retail Center at 9212 Fry Road in Cypress. Barry Sandler of Sandler Realty represented the tenant.
