Tour It + Love It, Make it Yours event announced by Toll Brothers
Toll Brothers, a six-time winner of the Texas Builder of the Year award by the Texas Association of Builders, announces the Tour It + Love It, Make it Yours sales event.
This event will run through June 25 in participating Houston communities and offers home buyers incentives on move-in ready homes and quick-delivery homes already under construction.
Buyers will have the opportunity to move in quickly and take advantage of the savings and incentives the event will offer.
Houston will spotlight more than 30 quick-delivery homes in 10 locations among the city.
Buyers can shop homes priced from the mid-$350,000s to $1,000,000-plus.
“With the current housing market and the shortage of completed homes, buying a home during the Tour It + Love It, Make it Yours sales event means buyers have the opportunity to select their dream home and move in quickly,” said David Assid, Houston division president.
During this sales event, home buyers can choose from a variety of home styles in communities that are in the most sought-after locations throughout Houston.
Savings and incentives will vary among communities and will comprise a package of savings or incentives created specifically for the event, so buyers should contact their community of interest and speak with a sales representative to learn more.
The model homes and sales center are open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday and noon to 6 p.m. Sunday.
