Native Houstonian Zarr has real estate ‘in his DNA’
There have been many changes in the real estate industry over the years, especially with technology.
However, the primary objective of Realtors has not changed — to bring buyers and sellers together in mutual satisfaction.
“Being a fourth generation Houstonian, I have seen many changes in this industry, especially in technology, which allows us to serve our clients more efficiently,” said Lynn Zarr Jr., a Realtor with Heritage Texas Properties.
As a native, Zarr knows Houston well. His focus areas include most all parts of the inner city and west to just outside the Beltway.
Yet, his primary areas tend to be Briargrove, Memorial, Tanglewood, Heights, West University and River Oaks, due to the demand for these areas.
“My focus areas are home to me. It is where I grew up, raised my family and live and play today,” Zarr said.
Zarr’s focus areas continue to be a hot area, and interest rates remain low. With school starting soon, these areas are getting busier.
Zarr has been in the real estate industries since the mid-1980s, and it is in his DNA.
“My father was in real estate in the early 1970s and it rubbed off on me,” Zarr said.
Zarr’s father started Zarr & Company Realtors in the 1970s and grew the company. He then merged with House Hunters Inc. to become Heritage Texas Properties.
“I love the real estate industry and what I do each day to help my clients. I thoroughly enjoy working with my clients,” Zarr said.
Zarr is an awardwinning Realtor, and has been a continual top producer.
He also maintains a 4.92 out of 5 HAR Client Service Rating. He has continued his education and holds many certifications.
He is known for being personable, creative and able help clients visualize spaces.
He is also tenacious and hard-working, approaching each transaction enthusiastically and focused, and does not rest until each client is satisfied.
