Clean Juice signs deals for its first Houston stores
Clean Juice has inked deals for a 1,775-square-foot organic juice shop in Memorial Green, a development of Houston-based Midway at 12505 Memorial Drive, and a 1,253-square-foot store in the Shoppes at San Felipe Center at San Felipe and South Voss Road. Shaffer Braun and Jason Gaines of NAI Partners represented the tenant. The chain, which first opened in Charlotte, N.C., in 2015, is expanding to Texas and other states.
Joy Love Burger has leased 2,171 square feet at 22625 Tomball Parkway near Texas 249 at Spring Cypress Road. Steven Stone of KM Realty represented the landlord.
Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steak House in the Galleria is undergoing a major remodeling project targeted for completion in September.
The Sugar Refinery Grub & Grogs has opened in the former Blu nightclub space in Sugar Land Town Square at 2248 Texas Drive. The owners have redesigned the 5,366-square-foot space into a family-friendly restaurant and bar. Jennifer Fogle of Planned Community Developers represented the landlord.
Chuan Le has purchased 35,626 square feet of land at Fairmont Parkway and Lily Street in Pasadena. The buyer plans to construct a retail center on the property.
