Jenkins provides top service to her clients

Anyone associated with the military understands the work ethic and discipline that is accrued.

“My father was in the military, and his work ethic and discipline became part of my DNA. I bring this work ethic to my real estate clients in providing first class, white glove service,” said Norka Jenkins, a Realtor with Greenwood King Properties.

Jenkins is known for this work ethic as well as for being detailed oriented, having excellent time management, efficiency, being dependable, reliable and for keeping her word.

Jenkins grew up in California, where her father was stationed.

“In 2004, my husband and I made the Godgiven decision to move to Houston. We knew no one here, it was just on our heart to move here. Everything fell into place, and we love it here,” Jenkins said.

Jenkins and her family call Sugar Land home and have enjoyed raising her children in this area. Fort Bend County is her focus area, for neighborhoods such as Greatwood, Riverstone, Aliana and others.

Prior to real estate, Jenkins served in different management capacities for a major banking company.

“In banking, we were well-trained in focusing on the client experience, listening to clients, their needs and understanding their goals. These are the same skills that successful Realtors have, which I brought with me to real estate,” Jenkins said.

For Jenkins, working as a Realtor is not about the house, not about the transaction, but about her clients, the relationship, and ensuring clients are successful in their real estate goals. Moreover, her relationships with her clients extends after the closing.
