Patten Companies announced the new section of acreage homesites, now open at Texas Grand Ranch.

Two- to 9-acre homesites are sold on a firstcome, first-served basis, from $59,900.

“Texas Grand Ranch is one of the fastestselling communities in Texas, and we believe in the entire country,” said Michael Patten, national real estate developer and president of Patten Companies.

Since land sales began, Texas Grand Ranch has continued to sell at a record pace. At the last new section opening, 100 homesites sold in a matter of days.

Gary Hoven, sales manager at Texas Grand Ranch, said, “This community is in an up-andcoming area, north of The Woodlands and just outside Conroe, the fastest-growing city in the U.S. Residents here get more land and the feel of the country life, at a great value.”

Recently featured in The Land Report magazine, and deemed Texas’ first Land Report Certified Community, Texas Grand Ranch is one of the best land values on the market.

Some of the 2- to 9-acre homesites border the Sam Houston National Forest, that offers nationally renowned hiking areas, including the famed Lone Star Hiking Trail.

“If you’ve been to the Sam Houston National Forest, just north of The Woodlands, you’ve walked, you’ve hiked, you’ve camped, you’ve noticed the beauty.

“You’ve thought to yourself, wow, I wish I could build my home right here. Well technically, you can’t. But you can build at Texas Grand Ranch, right next door. And it’s beautiful,” said Michael Berry, Houston radio personality.

Additionally, Texas Grand Ranch offers bank financing and special Texas veteran financing to qualified buyers.

The paved roads connect FM 1374 to Texas Grand Ranch — making nearby towns along I-45, together with George Bush Intercontinental Airport, easily accessible.
