CVS deal for Aetna maychange health care
Last Sunday evening, CVS Health, the secondlargest U.S. drugstore chain announced plans to buy Aetna, the thirdlargest health insurer, in a $69 billion deal.
The merger could change the face of healh care and could lower prescription costs, which have been rising over the past few years.
