The Pointe at Valley Ranch Town Center to break ground this month
The Pointe at Valley Ranch Town Center is the first residential component of Signorelli Company’s flagship 240-acre development Valley Ranch Town Center.
The multi-family community will break ground on the first phase of 336 units in January.
The development is at the epicenter of growth at the regional intersection of Grand Parkway (Texas 99) and I-69, north of Kingwood.
The Pointe will be an amenity-rich, three-story apartment community bordered on one side by lakes and a nature preserve and adjacent to Valley Ranch Town Center.
Apartment floor plans and building orientations will maximize lake and courtyard views and will allow convenient access to landscaped outdoor public areas including grill stations, fire pits, a resort-style pool, playground, a dog park and lake trail system.
The apartments’ interiors will come standard with 9-foot ceilings, stainless-steel appliances, walk-in closets, gardenstyle soaking tubs, designer fixtures, granite countertops, faux hardwood flooring and carpet.
Unlimited hot water will be delivered by a gas-fired central boiler system. Energy-efficient Low-E double-pane windows and 8-inch sliding doors open to verandas are also standard features of all the apartments.
Residents can upgrade to attached garages for additional convenience.
Roughly one-third of the apartments will have expanded private “yard-like” patio areas.
Unique to The Pointe will be interior accessible trash and recycling repositories.
Residents will be able to walk throughout the Town Center anchored with grocery and retailers including Cinemark Theatre, Academy Sports + Outdoors, Hobby Lobby, Kroger Marketplace, Sam’s Club, and many others, as well as more than 100 acres of lakes and parks.
The Town Center will provide a unique shopping, dining and entertainment experience for the residents of The Pointe.
