Stewart Title celebrates new location at Kirby Grove
Stewart Title recently celebrated its move to its new location at Kirby Grove, 2925 Richmond. This 7,000-plus-squarefoot office will join more than 30 offices in the Houston area, and focus on larger residential transactions, as well as commercial closings with seasoned closers.
The event was attended by more than 125 guests who enjoyed the fine food prepared by chefs Kiran Verma of Kiran’s Restaurant and David Cordua of Americas as they learned more about Stewart’s services.
“Our decision to move our Kirby office to a new location was to introduce a more contemporary style of closing experience for our customers,” said Larry Warren, senior division president, Houston.
Guests toured the office, admiring the new spacious office space on the 15th floor overlooking Levy Park while sipping champagne and nibbling on light bites created by the chef duo.
“Our main focus was on providing an experience that would be warm, inviting and comfortable for everyone from the associates to our customers,” said Kim McCall, operations senior manager. “This office certainly complements the Stewart’s Houston portfolio.”
Steve Lindstrom, vice president, property and lease management, ensured this office was meticulously designed by the architectural firm of CDI Douglass-Pye, and decorated in partnership with local vendors that included Elizabeth Coles Design, OFI, Debner & Company, and CRG to accommodate the needs of our customers, associates and partners.
Guests included John A. Daugherty, Cheri Fama, David M. Young, Lisa and Matt Kornhauser, Richard Ray, Barrett and Paul Kilian, Traci Jo Fowler, Brenda and Bobby De la Rosa, Rachel Crochel, Taff Weinstein, Kim Padgett, Sonia Soto, Will Swallen, Anne White, Cameron Ansari and Teresa ByrneDodge, Emery Mitchamore III, Jay Paxton, and Ali Gilan.
