Elyson community offers lakefront living in three neighborhoods.
Located in Katy, Elyson devotes more than 750 acres to parks, trails, recreation centers and natural open spaces. Elyson’s amenities also include scenic lakes, offering more opportunities for recreation and lakefront living.
With three new lakeside neighborhoods now open, Elyson offers waterfront homes from five leading home builders, with a variety of home styles and price ranges available.
Highland and Perry offer a limited number of lakefront homesites in a new Elyson neighborhood of 65-foot-wide homesites. One entire street of homesites arcs along the lake on one side, creating expansive water and greenbelt views. Home prices in this neighborhood start in the $350,000s, although premiums typically apply to waterfront homesites. Both builders are now preselling in this neighborhood.
Darling Homes and Trendmaker Homes offer homesites with lake and greenbelt views in an Elyson neighborhood of 70-foot-wide homesites. Prices start in the $430,000s. This neighborhood is close to Elyson’s Rorick House community center and a future elementary school site.
Drees Homes, Elyson’s newest home builder, offers patio homes priced from the $350,000s in the community’s first gated neighborhood. About one-third of the 63 homesites offer water views. Early buyers can take advantage of pre-grand opening pricing and other incentives, along with priority homesite selection.
Offering new homes priced from the low $200,000s, Elyson is located on Grand Parkway, between I-10 west and U.S. 290 west. Elyson is part of the Katy Independent School District, and its students attend three schools opened in 2016 and 2017, located in a K-12 tricampus approximately two miles from the community.
The best place to begin a visit to Elyson is at Rorick House, which includes the Welcome Center and the Rorick Kitchen Cafe. All builders are open in the Elyson Model Home Village, a short walk away.
