Hungry Howie’s Pizza plans its 5th area restaurant
Hungry Howie’s Pizza has leased 1,525 square feet in Crescent Park Shopping Center, 13548 Beechnut, for its fifth Houston-area location. Kyle Knight and Nick Jasien of Weitzman represented the tenant. Benny Nguyen and Jim Thompson with Retail Solutions represented the landlord.
Rolling Dough signed a ground lease for 1.15 acres as the site of a new 4,500-square-foot Panera Bread Cafe at 851 Dairy Ashford. Rin Willis with Belvoir Real Estate represented the landlord, 929 LLC. The company has also leased 4,500 square feet for a Panera at 2500 CityWest Blvd. Plaza. Chace Henke with Transwestern represented the landlord, American Land Development. David J. Littwitz with Littwitz Investments represented Rolling Dough.
Texas Children’s Urgent Care has leased 3,500 square feet for a clinic at Kings Park Professional Plaza, 20035 W. Lake Houston Parkway, Kingwood. Jason Baker of Baker Katz represented the tenant. Todd Groen with Groen Realty Partners represented the landlord. Opening is planned in the fourth quarter.
Subway has leased 1,300 square feet at Shops at Harvest Green, 11020 Harlem Road, Richmond. Rafael Melara represented the landlord, Hunington Properties. Sight Eyecare has leased 1,704 square feet at Shops at Harvest Green. Jesse Hernandez represented the landlord, Hunington Properties. Primp and Blow has leased 1,360 square feet at Plaza in the Park Shopping Center, 5160 Buffalo Speedway. Rick Gutierrez of Retail Solutions represented the tenant. Brandon Schawe of Edens represented the landlord.
Katy Foot Massage and Spa has leased 1,200 square feet in the Reserve at Cinco Ranch on 22167 Westheimer Parkway, Katy. Jonathan Aron and Matt McKinnerney represented the landlord, Hunington Properties.
Franchise owners Scott and Renee Buchel have opened a second Pet Supplies Plus in Katy. The 9,000-square-foot store is at 21011 Highland Knolls Drive at Westgreen Boulevard.
The Catch seafood restaurant has leased 3,040 square feet at 19831 Northwest Freeway in Cypress. Jason Gaines of NAI Partners negotiated the lease.
