Native Houstonian knows many areas of the city
Mario Rodriguez, a Realtor with Sudhoff Companies, is thrilled to show clients a new property near Oak Forest.

Rodriguez, an awardwinning Realtor, also works with buyers and sellers for residential homes, apartment leases, residential leases and commercial leases.
“I will go where my clients are interested. Yet, my main focus area is central northwest. I have lived and worked in the area for so long and have seen the area grow and continue to develop. This is also where I purchased my home in Inwood Forest,” Rodriguez said.
A native Houstonian, Rodriguez may have been born in the Heights, but he grew up in many different areas around Houston.
So, he knows the city, and helps his clients find the right neighborhood and home that fit their lifestyle.
“We moved a lot when I was growing up. We lived in different styles of homes and apartments. So, I developed a passion for real estate. Yet, my passion for the industry really kicked in when I started working in property management,” Rodriguez said.
As a property manager, he experienced the joy, compliments and relief from complete strangers for helping them get into their new apartment.
He had people lease where he worked because they said he had had a positive impact on them.
“From that moment, I knew that I had something in me to help others. There is nothing more rewarding than to see the smile and relief from your clients on closing day,” he said.
Rodriguez started his career as a leasing consultant and moved up the ladder to assistant property manager.
These experiences in property management led Rodriguez to obtain his real estate licenses.
Rodriguez is known for his listening skills, customer service, marketing, patience, and his sincere caring for his clients.
