Real estate became a passion for Rehmatulla
Over 25 years ago, Sabiha Rehmatulla called John Daugherty, Realtors because she and her family were having a difficult time deciding where to live, schools for their children, and finding the home they wanted.
“We were so impressed with the Realtor that was working with us, and she found the exact home we were looking for. We wanted more land, more green spaces, and good schools. This is when I fell in love with real estate and it became my passion,” Rehmatulla said.
Rehmatulla has now been an award-winning Realtor with John Daugherty, Realtors for almost 25-years.
“Real estate has been my only job, and I am lucky to have found my passion, my love. I have always looked forward to each day and continue to love working with my clients,” Rehmatulla said.
She works with clients from all walks of life and cultures, and in all price points. John Daugherty, Realtors is known for being luxury Realtors in and around Houston.
Her main focus areas include River Oaks, West University, Tanglewood, and Memorial.
However, she is presently working with a builder for Sherwood Oak Gardens near the Energy Corridor.
“Sherwood Oak Gardens is a luxury, gated community with 37 single-family homes, offering a lock-and-leave lifestyle,” Rehmatulla said.
There are three phrases of construction and the first phrase is sold out. The second phrase is under construction. There is an on-site sales person at this new complex seven days a week.
“I always encourage my clients to buy real estate, because it is the keystone of wealth and the greatest investment on earth,” Rehmatulla said.
