Gorgeous views, spectacular floor plans and wonderful amenities are what luxury high-rise living is about, and The Residences at Kirby Collection has all of it covered.

This is Thor Equities’ first residential property in Texas. Richard Keating Architecture designed the 25-floor building, with interior design by Dianna Wong Architecture + Design. Rental rates for this property range from around $2,900 to $10,000 for penthouses.
“Every unit has a great view from the Medical Center to downtown and the Galleria. Each unit is a little bit unique because of the ellipse. There’s no typical unit. The design is classic, timeless,” Rendon said.
Building highlights include a 25th-floor sky lounge with unobstructed views of downtown and uptown, baby grand piano in the foyer, and 1-acre outdoor landscaped terrace with a heated pool, cabanas and fire pits. There is also a 24-hour concierge, car valet and bike valet.
Coming indoors, residents can enjoy Europeanstyle kitchens with waterfall quartz countertops, glass-tile backsplashes, kitchen islands, wine fridge, and a stainless-steel appliance package with gas range.
It’s all about the details throughout the units, with wood and concrete flooring; deep, freestanding soaking tubs; custom-tile walk-in showers; and separate garden bathtubs. There are also personal balconies, full-sized washer and dryer in every home, as well as expansive closets with built-in wood shelving.
Amenities are plentiful as well. A concierge is a must for any luxe building, but residents also enjoy package acceptance with refrigerated storage. Residents also can accommodate visitors with an available guest suite for family and friends.
You can have the valet take your car into the controlled garage parking while also taking advantage of electric car-charging stations. There’s also a reserved ride-share pickup location.
Outdoor living, even with pets, is an option. Residents can enjoy petfriendly living, including a bark park and dog run. A gorgeous sunbathing pool with cabanas and living art sculpture await. There is also a poolside grill, including bar area with lounge seating and the landscaped outdoor terrace with fire tables.

“They can also bring in trainers. We have Yoga in the Yard on Tuesdays and Thursdays,” said Rendon.
