Amegy Bank opens branch in southeast Houston
Amegy Bank has opened Hobby Banking Center at 7930 Gulf Freeway, Suite 300, near Broadway in southeast Houston. Amegy Bank now has 61 banking centers in the Houston area.
FEED, a brand founded by Lauren Bush Lauren with a mission of fighting hunger through creating and selling bags, will operate a pop-up shop at Saint Cloud in River Oaks Shopping Center. The store at 2020 W. Gray will be open Monday through Saturday throughout the holiday season. Hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. FEED will sell a limited edition Houston City Tote. Orr Commercial has sold Memorial Thicket Corner, an 8,729-square-foot shopping center on 1 acre at 14754 Memorial Drive near Dairy Ashford, to a private buyer. Katz has acquired 34 acres on the northwest corner of John Martin Road and Interstate 10 East in Baytown for a new retail development. Mary Dunn Real Estate represented the seller.
NewQuest Properties will break ground on a new building for Marketplace at Ninety-Six, a 208,500-square-foot retail center at League City Parkway and Hobbs Road in League City. Ace Hardware and Dollar Tree have each leased 10,000 square feet in phase two. Also, Banfield Pet Hospital has leased 2,859 square feet in phase one for a veterinary clinic. Crecia's Kitchen has leased 2,588 square feet in Westlake Marketplace, 14221 N. Sam Houston Parkway East, from Lake Houston Beltway Associates. Mr Pho Restaurant has leased 2,100 square feet in CyFair Town Center, Spring Cypress and Skinner roads, Cypress, from NewQuest Properties.
