Sue Johnson offers trusted real estate guidance
Sue Johnson, a Realtor with Heritage Texas Properties, Galveston, has been in the real estate industry for 48 years and has the experience, market knowledge, excellence, and provides exceptional customer service.
The one thing her clients say about her is she knows what she is doing, and they trust her, trust her guidance and her suggestions, which is proven by the numerous awards and honors she has received. She has also been recognized nationally.
Johnson has continued to be successful no matter what the economy is doing. Over the decades she has seen many changes and fluctuations in real estate and the economy.
She hails from the Denton area, which is north of Dallas.
“When my husband and I bought our first house, our real estate agent said I should be a Realtor, she said I had the personality for it. I took her advice and obtained my licenses and have never looked back. Real estate is the only job I have ever had,” Johnson said.
Outside of her license, she is also a Graduate, Realtor Institute, and a Certified Relocation Professional.
Johnson’s focus area includes Galveston and Tiki islands, and the majority of her clients are interested in second homes.
Johnson and her husband had been vacationing in Galveston for years and have loved it. So, they took the leap, packed up and moved to the island over 20 years ago.
“We love it here. We love the beach, the diversity of the residents, the slower pace, the events, weather, and all the shops and amenities. From my office window I can see the Gulf of Mexico, which is also wonderful,” Johnson said.
