REAL ESTATE NOTES
Ron Finck has joined Beth Wolff Realtors Real Living as an agent. He has a background in commodity trading and risk management that demanded attention to detail, command of market trends, an understanding of timeliness and decisiveness, and mastering the art of negotiation — all of which translate well into the real estate market. Finck has personal experience with relocating and his customer service positions him to provide the best possible guidance, whether his clients are buying or selling a home.
Lori Shepardson has joined Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty as a Realtor associate. Shepardson has been a topproducing agent for over 14 years and has a wealth of knowledge of the Houston market. As a former court reporter for 15 years, she is a trained listener. She excels at the details and keeps herself immersed in the market trends in her own neighborhood of Kingwood and all over Houston. Shepardson will be working from the Kingwood office.
Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene announced that Jamie Walton has joined the Inner Loop sales office and Rebecca Robertson has joined the Champions sales office.
A Houston native, Walton earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration — marketing from the University of St. Thomas and an MBA in human resources management from the University of Phoenix. She recognizes the unique characteristics and benefits of living and working within the Inner Loop.
Robertson graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and has honed her professional skills with prior positions, including with a global oil company where she worked in the learning and development sector.
In her most recent role, Robertson served as the managing director for a leading hospitality interior design firm where she worked with clients, project managers, architects, general contractors and other consultants on long-term projects for both new construction and renovation of hotel projects.
