Pizza, sushi, Mexican restaurants are on the menu
Russo’s New York Pizzeria has opened a 2,200-square-foot location at Grand Parkway Marketplace at 6633 Spring Stuebner in Spring. It is one of four Russo locations in the north Houston area operated by franchisee Guillermo Medellin.
U'Maki Sushi Burrito plans to open in University Commons on U.S. 59 and University Boulevard in Sugar Land in the second quarter. It will be U'Maki’s third restaurant in the Houston area and its first franchise unit.
Los Compadres Mexican Restaurant has leased 2,836 square feet at Mangum Square, 3327 Mangum. Rafael Melara represented the landlord, Hunington Properties.
Texas Card House, a private social club offering card games, billiards and catered events, has leased 6,532 square feet in the Northland Shopping Center in Spring. Texas Card House has one location in Austin and another under construction there. Wulfe & Co. represented the tenant, while David Z. Mafrige Interests represented the landlord. The new club will be at the southeast corner of Interstate 45 and FM 2920.
Lily Lash Artistry has leased 794 square feet at 1939 W. Gray. Christi Davis represented the landlord, Weingarten Realty. Jenny Mueller of JLL represented the tenant.
Preppy Pet, a national franchised pet boarding and grooming company, has leased 3,600 square feet at 21922 Bellaire, Suite 100, in Richmond. Jane Nodskov and Lang Motes with ICO Commercial represented the tenant. Jeremy Moss with ARC Management represented the landlord. Tam Nguyen of Endless Diamonds has purchased a 2,588square-foot retail building at 28429 Tomball Parkway for a new store. The seller was BNR Eyemax, doing business as Ella’s Eyes. Shawn Ackerman of Henry S. Miller Brokerage handled the sale.
Fidelis Healthcare Partners, a recently launched affiliate of Houston-based Fidelity Realty Partners, has reached a deal to develop its first project. The Dallas-based company has been awarded the contract to build Saint Joseph Medical Office Pavilion, a five-story office and retail building on the recently completed campus of Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver, the company announced. The 100,000-square-foot project will be owned by Fidelis Healthcare Strategic Partners, a joint venture of Fidelis and a state pension fund advised by Bentall Kennedy.
SomiSomi Soft Serve has leased 1,200 square feet in Shops at Katy Grand, at Interstate 10 and Grand Parkway in Katy, from NewQuest Properties. Rebecca Le and Heather Nguyen of NewQuest Properties represented the landlord. Grace La of NewQuest Properties represented the tenant.
Smile Doctors has leased 1,800 square feet in The Market at Crenshaw, at 4557 E. Sam Houston Parkway South in Pasadena. Kristen Barker of Wulfe & Co. represented the tenant. Crystal Allen of Transwestern represented the landlord.
