Nearing retirement, Brian spent over 35 years working at Enbridge with many roles but most recently as Senior Vice President for US Gas Transmission. Brian was also a cherished brother-inlaw and uncle to many more within the McKerlie and Millar families. He is preceded in death by his father, Robert Clair McKerlie and mother, Betty Elaine McKerlie of London, Ontario.

He was a man of strong faith and a member at the River Pointe Church in Richmond, Texas. In his nonexistent free time, he always enjoyed being around his friends and family, whether it be fishing, golfing, traveling, or spending time at their cottage on Lake Erie – anything to bring the people in his life together. He lived a true and rewarding life, full of memories and laughs with friends and family. He will be dearly missed by everyone whose lives he touched.

Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family from five o’clock in the afternoon until eight o’clock in the evening on Wednesday, the 28th of November, in the library and grand foyer of Geo. H. Lewis & Sons, 1010 Bering Drive in Houston.
