Thea McShay has a passion for real estate
Thea McShay, a Realtor with Bernstein Realty, finds great pleasure in working with clients and providing services for their real estate needs and goals.
“To me, it is also the most rewarding job that a person can hope to have. I wake up, eat and sleep real estate daily. I love what I do. The best way to put it is real estate is my passion,” said McShay.
McShay’s focus areas are Memorial/Spring Branch, and the Energy Corridor/Lakes of Parkway and Katy.
However, McShay has worked with clients all over the Houston area, from The Woodlands to Kingwood/Atascocita and Galveston and everything in between.
“This is a great time to buy and sell, and buyers have many choices. Plus, sellers seem more motivated to work with buyers on coming to a win-win price,” McShay said.
McShay hails from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and moved to Houston in 1978. She has also lived in different areas around Houston. Twenty years ago she settled in the Energy Corridor area.

thought it was her calling as well. After working in a couple of different industries, she became a Realtor 23 years ago.
“For the majority of my adult life, I have worked in sales. Though I started off my career in the corporate world doing bookkeeping/ accounting, prior to real estate, I worked in cosmetics and fine jewelry sales,” she said.
When McShay obtained her licenses, she hit the ground running, and by her second year was the topproducing agent in her office.
She has also continued her real estate education and holds an Accredited Luxury Home Specialist designation.
