Peggy Warren Weaver died on Sunday, the 2nd of December 2018, at the age of 101.

She was a life-long resident of Houston, having attended Kincaid, San Jacinto High School and Rice University.

Peggy was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Howard Lindsay Warren and had two brothers: Lindsay Warren and Francis Warren, who both preceded her in death. In 1941, she married Henry O. Weaver (Pete) from Nashville, Tennessee, who passed away at the age of 88 in 1996. They had three children: Neil Weaver of Houston, Janet Eltinge of Boyce, Virginia and Nancy Chesick of Maui, Hawaii. In addition to her three children, Peggy is survived by three grandchild­ren: Lindsay Eltinge, Adam Chesick and Sam Chesick; and one greatgrand­daughter, Rylie Chesick. She has two nephews, Charles and Robert; and three nieces: Linda Beth, Pamela and Patricia.

Peggy’s family wish to express their thanks and gratitude to “Caring Hands”, in particular, to Annette Williams for her loving care and help in making her life more comfortabl­e in her last years.

A memorial service will be conducted at four o’clock in the afternoon on Tuesday, the 22nd of January 2019, at Christ Church Cathedral, 1117 Texas Avenue in Houston.
