The Signorelli Company hires Terry Munoz as VP to run new Recreational Properties division
The Signorelli Company, a real estate developer in Texas and Oklahoma, has hired Terry Munoz as vice president of Recreational Properties. Munoz has more than 30 years of experience in the outdoor hospitality industry, developing and managing upscale RV parks and resorts in the recreational industry. His most recent position was that of regional manager for Equity LifeStyle Properties, where he had oversight for seven Texas RV resorts and campgrounds.
As vice president, Munoz will run the new Recreational Properties Division for The Signorelli Company, where he will oversee new RV resorts for the corporation. The first of many in the company’s portfolio will be The Retreat | RV Resort, a fun and friendly environment on the shores of Lake Houston. The premier RV Park will consist of concrete streets and concrete 50-amp sites with full hook ups, playgrounds, fishing and more.
Munoz has served on the board of the Texas Association of Campground Owners (TACO) as well as the ARVC board and the ARVC Executive Committee. He currently serves on his local school board as president. Munoz’s goal as vice president for Signorelli’s Recreational Properties division is to create a fun filled, memorable, quality outdoor experience in a setting where everyone feels welcomed, and no one ever wants to leave.
Signorelli is diversified in all aspects of real estate development, focusing on a broad range of asset classes with divisions in land, retail, commercial, multi-family and single-family. Signorelli is excited to add to their portfolio with the newest Recreational Properties division, an industry that has been around for many years.
