Bernstein Realty holds annual awards event at Tony’s
Cathy Craig receives top honor
On Friday, Jan. 25, Amy Bernstein, president of Bernstein Realty, hosted the company’s Annual Awards Luncheon at Tony’s in Houston. This luncheon is a special time for the agents to come together and celebrate their accomplishments and success from the previous year. This year, Cathy Craig was awarded the highest honor of Top Producer for 2018.
Bernstein presented the company’s top five agents of 2018 with the Achievement of Excellence Award, in alphabetical order: Cathy Craig, Mark McNitt, Maylis Curie, Trent Johnson and Wayne Cohen.
Cathy Craig was also awarded as the Top Sales Agent for Buyer’s Representation, Sales Achievement for Seller’s Representation, Largest Production Increase in Dollar Volume, and Highest Dollar Sale of the year. Mark McNitt was awarded with Top Listing Agent for Sales and Top Sales Agent for Seller’s Representation. Billy Bishop won the Top Lease Listing Agent for the fourth year, and Julie Brann and Maylis Curie won the award for Lease Listing Achievement.
Maylis Curie was presented with the Top Leasing Agent award, Kristy Kubala and Melinda Gordon we both awarded with Leasing Achievement. Melinda Gordon was also awarded with the company’s Shining Star Award, Most Opportunity Time Conversions and Largest Production Increase in Transaction Volume.
Wayne Cohen was awarded with Listing Achievement for Sales and Sales Achievement for Buyer’s Representation. Trent Johnson was also presented with an award for Sales Achievement for Buyer’s Representation. Estelle Elles was awarded with Listing Achievement for Sales and Sales Achievement for Seller’s Representation. Kenneth Kottwitz won the award for the company’s Rising Star.
Many milestone anniversaries were also recognized at the Awards Luncheon. Mark McNitt celebrated 25 years with Bernstein Realty. Christina Pavlovich celebrated 15 years, Suzie Davis and Judy Levin both celebrated 10 years and Thea McShay, Kristy Kubala, Tsili Ran and Pamela Rich all celebrated their five-year anniversaries with the company.
On behalf of all the agents and staff, Mary Piper presented Amy Bernstein with a photo book showcasing memories from the past year’s events and thanked her for her leadership, support and dedication to Bernstein Realty. Bernstein concluded the luncheon by recognizing and expressing her gratitude and appreciation toward the agents and staff and thanked them for their contributions to the company for a successful 2018, along with wishing everyone a happy, healthy and successful 2019.
