Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene to announced that Melesa Hudson and Candace Stavinoha have joined the Tomball sales office, and Gerald Hatter has joined the Pearland sales office.

After Hudson earned her BBA in Accounting at Texas Tech University, she then moved on to work as an accountant for Tenneco Oil & Gas, the Harris County Hospital District and Aetna. Later on, she worked as the general contractor in multiple home remodels and managed a home constructi­on as well. In addition, she gained outstandin­g customer service and management skills in her time as the owner of three successful businesses.

Stavinoha has nearly two decades of experience in the retail industry, where she developed customer service skills. She also has extensive teaching experience, having spent the last four years as a CTE Teacher at Tomball Junior High School, as well as teaching the subjects of business, technology and speech.

Hatter earned her MBA, while simultaneo­usly working in healthcare leadership, advocating for patient rights and designing ways to improve the patient experience. During this time, she developed valuable leadership skills and acquired an intimate knowledge of day-to-day business processes.

Her real estate career began when she moved to Houston approximat­ely 15 years ago. In addition to this, she has extensive experience in the relocation process, having moved around the country multiple times.
