Eric Pham has passion for the industry
Houston has a strong real estate market due to the diversity of industries and available jobs that keep people moving in. There are also homes for most every budget, from new construction, to condos and everything in between.
“I believe in homeownership, and I encourage people to become a homeowner because it gives them a sense of belonging and putting down roots,” said Eric Pham, a Realtor with John Daugherty, Realtors.
Pham, a Realtor for eight years, has a focus area of his home turf of Bellaire.
“I grew up in Bellaire, and I have watched the community change. I’ve seen tear-downs and new construction, detailed architecture in the older homes, and I’ve watched it become one of the more sought-after areas due to its great location,” Pham said.
He has also watched as his childhood friends moved away and then return with families, wanting to give their children the sense of community they felt growing up.
“I have always been interested in real estate and I am honored to be a part of one of the most important and largest decisions my clients might make in buying a home, to open a new chapter in their life, or closing one,” Pham said.
During his senior year in college, Pham obtained his real estate license and graduated with a double major in marketing and finance. His exceptional marketing skills, market knowledge and understanding the numbers have not only benefited his clients, but have led to his being a Top Producer. He is also the youngest Realtor at John Daugherty, Realtors with a broker’s license.
He also is an Accredited Luxury Home Specialist and holds a Graduate, Realtor Institute designation.
Pham is bilingual in Vietnamese, and is known for being approachable, always available to clients, friendly, professional, and going above and beyond for each client.
Pham is also somewhat of an introvert, which is different than most Realtors. However, it allows him to be an exceptional listener, more focused, and very detailed oriented. These are only a few of the qualities that his clients appreciate.
“I love what I do, and I love working with clients. Real estate is all I have ever done, due to my passion and love of the industry,” Pham said.
