New Meridiana neighborhood features Texas-sized backyards

-

When it comes to backyards for families with children and a love for the outdoors, bigger is definitely better.

That’s certainly the case in Meridiana’s newest neighborhood, Royal Estates, a gated enclave of new homes by Highland Homes and Shea Homes, south of Pearland, where families will enjoy some of the largest backyards in the community.

Royal Estates homesites offer the depth of a 150-foot property — all the backyard space for fun and fitness, neighborhood parties, backyard gardens or simply for a private oasis to unwind. Plus, a well-designed backyard and patio setting can act as an extension of the living space.

Buyers can experience Meridiana’s Royal Estates while touring new showcase models by Highland Homes and Shea Homes, now open daily. Starting in the $290,000s, new homes by these acclaimed builders feature island kitchens, spacious great rooms, large master suites, media rooms and game rooms.

Buyers can visit Meridiana’s Oasis Village Welcome Center for model home maps and builder incentives. While in the Oasis Village, buyers can check out this inviting, resort-style setting with family pool and custom cabanas, lap pool, splash pad, fitness center, fishing pier and outdoor area with all-weather ping pong and foosball tables, shaded seating areas and lush central lawn. The Oasis Village also is home to the all-new Café Sol.

To reach the community from Pearland, take the Meridiana Parkway exit from Texas 288 and turn left onto the overpass into Meridiana. Those heading north on Texas 288 can take the parkway exit and turn right into the community.
