Stinson guides clients through transactions

- By Rebecca Maitland CORRESPONDENT

There are many external factors that influence the outcome of a real estate transaction after a contract has been signed and before closing.

“Due to all of the possible hiccups that can occur after a contract is signed, I highly recommend those buying or selling to use a real estate agent that is knowledgeable, educated, and listens to their clients. But it is also important for clients to listen to their agent, since they have their best interest at heart,” said Shayne Stinson, a Realtor with Beth Wolff Realtors Real Living.

Stinson has been in real estate for over a decade and has extensive knowledge of many areas in and around Houston, due to being a native Houstonian and living in many areas.

He goes where his clients are interested, even though most of his clients are interested in the inside Loop.

He also brings a great deal of experience, knowledge and many other skills to the table that are greatly appreciated by his clients, such as excellent communication skills and market knowledge.

Stinson and his wife have bought, sold or built a number of homes, so he has sat on both sides of the table. Plus, he also works with builders and those building a home. So, he is able to advise clients every step of the way, as he understands what it takes to build a home.

Stinson is also known for being friendly, accessible and working long hours, going above and beyond for his clients. He also works with a diverse clientele, from CEOs to new-home buyers.

Prior to real estate, he graduated from Texas State University, and worked as a regional manager for a service and products company.

“In my previous career, communication and service were the key factors, which are also very important in working with my real estate clients,” Stinson said.

All of these skills, experience and knowledge have led to Stinson being an award-winning Realtor and he has continued to be a Top Producer since entering real estate. He is also listed nationally as No. 35 within the Real Living brand, with which Beth Wolff is affiliated.

“I have always been interested in real estate. I can remember looking at the Houston Chronicle’s Homes section growing up. And when I wanted a change from my previous position that kept me passing my wife at the airport, so I got my licenses, and it was the best thing I ever did. I love it,” Stinson said.
