Beth Wolff Realtors Real Living welcomes Patty Barrera as a Realtor associate.
Barrera, a native Houstonian, graduated from Houston Community College with a degree in fashion merchandising and also earned an interior design certificate; a background suited for showing clients a property’s hidden potential. She is fluent in Spanish and knowledgeable about the Houston area, including in Bellaire, Westbury, Montrose, Museum District, Rice Military, and Heights.
Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene announced that Patricia Foster has joined the Cy-Fair sales office and Olena Leija has joined the Galveston sales office, both as agents.
Foster worked in the real estate industry as an assistant for retired real estate agent, Reva Rowe. Inspired by the work she witnessed, she fell in love with the real estate industry and decided to transition from assistant to agent.
Leija spent several years developing her career in the retail industry, eventually becoming assistant manager. Originating from Ukraine, after moving to the United States, she started working with little ability to speak English and built her success story on this foundation. Leija is fluent in Ukrainian and Russian.
Native Houstonian Susan Branda Martin has joined John Daugherty, Realtors as a sales associate. Her career in both the business and non-profit communities has prepared her well for this path into residential real estate. She has ability to multi-task, organize, work with a wide variety people and lead difficult projects through to a successful completion. A University of Texas at Austin grad who grew up in the Memorial Villages, specializes in luxury service.
Leslie Kelly Nicholls has joined Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty as Realtor associate. She began her career at a top boutique firm in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale market, honing her skills in a demanding international/ vacation market, which was the ideal path into Houston, where she has lived and worked for more than 16 years. She will be working from the Kingwood office.
