Artavia, the newest master-planned community in the Montgomery County/Conroe area, has move-in ready homes underway that feature cutting-edge designs by award-winning homebuilders priced from the $240,000s.

Model homes by Coventry Homes, David Weekley Homes, Highland Homes, J. Patrick Homes, Lennar, Perry Homes, Ravenna Homes and Westin Homes are now open and ready to tour, each featuring cutting-edge design and striking architectural features that fit into Artavia ’s motto to “live colorfully.”

Buyers can tour each model home to discover an array of contemporary design trends, including spacious kitchens featuring two-tone upper and lower cabinets, backsplash tiling, geometric pendant lighting and optional stacked upper cabinets with glass inserts and puck lighting. Buyers will find bold statement fireplaces, textured feature walls, spa-like master bathrooms, rotundas with curving staircases, and modern exterior designs featuring painted brick and unique rooflines for maximum curb appeal.

New inventory homes are under construction now and expected to be ready for move-in by the end of the month. Interested buyers are encouraged to visit the Artavia Model Home Village to find their new home or choose a floor plan to personalize to fit their own style.

“Today’s homebuyers want to put their mark on their home and are straying from cookie cutter designs of the past,” said Lisa Connell, Marketing Director of Airia Development

Company, the developer of Artavia. “Each builder in Artavia pulled out all the stops when designing their models and floor plans, ensuring an array of luxury styles and design choices that also provide an expectional value for our homebuyers.”

At the heart of Artavia will be a 13-acre community complex including a five-acre lake with paddle boats and a kayak launch area. The complex is being developed to include a contemporary-style clubhouse featuring a 24hour FitCenter, cafe and gathering spaces. Surrounding it are intended to be thoughtfully designed areas promoting imaginative play, outdoor living and an active lifestyle.

Regularly scheduled events, classes and activities will be facilitated by a community lifestyle manager, creating a community that encourages residents to “live colorfully” by connecting with the outdoors, bonding with neighbors and forming lasting memories.

Artavia is located north of the Grand Parkway, midway between I-45 and US 59, and east of FM 1314 on SH 242. The development will bring approximately 5,200 homes to the area, and plans currently include more than 120 acres of mixed-use, commercial and retail properties. Students living in Artavia will attend Conroe ISD schools.

With its convenient location, Artavia will afford access to a long list of employment, medical, retail and recreation destinations. For more information, directions and updates, visit artaviatx.com.
