Meridiana offers Model Home Tour Cupcake Extravaganza
There’s still time to experience why “life is sweet” in Meridiana as the community of new homes along the Texas 288 corridor presents its Home Tour Cupcake Extravaganza through the end of October.
Families can tour their favorite Meridiana showcase model homes — 16 in all — where they’ll find island kitchens, inviting master suites, spacious family rooms, media rooms, game rooms and more.
As part of their weekend visit, visitors can enjoy freshly baked gourmet cupcakes in each Meridiana model.
As an added sweetener, Meridiana home builders are offering a number of end-of-year deals such as zero closing costs and savings on special features and upgrades.
For more sweet finds, stop by the community’s Cafe Sol, now celebrating its first birthday, where the quaint lakefront dining spot is serving its signature Sol Confetti Cheesecake.
