Melissa Reynolds, Maria Alejandra Ruedas and Sydney Coleman have joined Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty as Realtor associates.
Reynolds brings a background in sales to her real estate career. Her former employer, a tech company, is where she became efficient in server technologies.
She moved to a position in communications, where she mastered the art of listening and the importance of knowing the details. Reynolds will be working from the Kingwood office.
Ruedas has a keen eye for detail and is expertly prepared to assist her clients. Representative of her sterling reputation, 95% of her clientele are referrals.
Coleman’s background in customer service and property management has served her well in her real estate career. A Certified Negotiation Expert, Coleman’s attention to detail is exceptional as she assesses client needs.
She will be working from the Central Houston office.

Andrea Sanchez has joined the Cy-Fair sales office of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene as an agent, where she will represent buyers and sellers in the top neighborhoods of Cy-Fair and surrounding areas. Among the many services she offers sellers, Sanchez stages listings, markets them on more than 1,000 websites, hosts open houses and utilizes a proprietary database to target buyers for a home.
