Buyers will get their next chance to purchase land in the community of Bear Creek in Vintage Oaks on Monday, Jan. 20, when 20 new lots will be released to the public. Property tours can be scheduled now by calling 830-254-5091.
The properties in the new release range from 1.01 to 1.57 acres and include cul-de-sac sites and level, easy-build lots — with long views that ramble over the rolling hills. Prices start in the low $100,000s.
