Realtor’s top-notch personal care keeps clients returning
Last year was a banner year for Sara Nguyen, Realtor with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene (BHGRE Gary Greene), due to so many referrals from past clients and repeat clients.

Since obtaining her license in 2004, Nguyen has continued to be an award-winning Realtor and a top producer.
She is known for giving her clients exceptional personal attention and care throughout her 15 years of being a real estate agent.
“I totally and completely love what I do now,” Nguyen said. “I sincerely love people and love working in real estate. This career has turned into a service of giving and not a job. I love it.”
Nguyen is also overjoyed and humbled by the number of referrals and repeat clients, which is a testament to her sincere caring for her clients, hard work, long hours, and all she does to give her clients the personal touch and attention.
Nguyen grew up in Rockport and came to Houston for college. She graduated from the University of Houston with a double major in business with a focus on finance, and management.
These degrees, her experience and knowledge and care for clients are what keeps clients coming back.
Nguyen also is continuing to be one of the local Realtors on the national television show, The American Dream-Houston series. On this program, she takes viewers on adventures throughout Fort Bend County, highlighting all the area has to offer, such as homes, restaurants, and activities families in the area enjoy.
“This is where I live and work,” Nguyen said. “It’s great to present Fort Bend to a nationwide audience.”
In addition to her successful real estate career, Nguyen volunteers at her family’s church, her children’s schools and Child Advocates. She also volunteers with the Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center, where she was presented the President’s Volunteer Service Award.
