Mortgage company to hire for variety of positions
If working in the mortgage industry sounds like a fit for your future, Sourcepoint, a veteran company with over 25 years’ experience, could be the place for you.
Known to offer multiple services, their team of industry veterans have combined deep mortgage knowledge with on-hands technology according to Sandy JenkinsSmith, marketing manager, Sourcepoint. The company is known for crafting expert component solutions, helping lenders and servicers reduce operational costs, boosting efficiency and quality, and enhancing customer satisfaction. “Sourcepoint provides many critical services to top lenders and servicers across the mortgage lifecycle ranging from origination, title and settlement through post-closing, servicing and default,” Jenkins-Smith said.
Their team comprises 4,000-plus employees and is growing rapidly, even during the current period of uncertainty. With the company’s rapid expansion, Sourcepoint is adding offices throughout various locations to serve clients. In September 2019, a state-of-the-art operations center was opened in Morrisville, North Carolina in partnership with a client. The center is the hub for emerging technology, research and innovation. Three additional locations were opened in October 2019 including Houston, Phoenix and Palm Bay.
The Houston office was established with 40 staff members, then quickly grew to 150. Future plans are to grow to more than 400 employees in the next 90-120 days. The Houston office is slated to provide processing and closing, customer service and forbearance calls support to six top national lenders and servicers.
“As an essential business to the financial industry, we are experiencing incredible growth in the uncertainty surrounding COVID19 and are looking to hire a variety of positions from entry level to senior management,” Jenkins-Smith said. “Our flexible engagement and staffing models set us apart ensuring success for our clients as well as our employees. Our agile and scalable engagement models fit the needs of individual clients while our staffing models ensure employee satisfaction, growth and safety.”
Sourcepoint solutions span the mortgage life cycle from origination through servicing and default and are in operation with leading lenders and servicers in the U.S. mortgage market.
Their professionals offer expertise ranges from mortgage processor to mortgage processing team lead and mortgage processing trainer.
“We also have the mortgage training associate position, which requires no mortgage experience, but provides extensive training to best ensure employees’ success. We have a proven track record of focusing on employee development, growth and promotion from within the organization,” said Jenkins-Smith. Adaptability and professionalism have been at the forefront during the pandemic. During the crisis, Sourcepoint offered a work from home (WFH) model.
“We have WFH policies ensuring our employees adhere to all technology, security and compliance mandates in their WFM environment, while our secure online tools support remote collaboration and coaching,” Jenkins-Smith said.
