Chesmar, Plantation Homes now selling in Meridiana’s 2nd phase
Chesmar Homes and Plantation Homes have expanded their presence in Meridiana, the community south of Pearland, where the two builders are adding new homes on 60-foot homesites in the community’s second phase.
Starting in the $250,000s, Chesmar plans feature an open family room, casual dining and island kitchen along with a master suite, game room, flexible garage storage and options of fireplace, media room and fifth bedroom. Three- and four-bedroom plans range from 1,901 to 2,746 square feet.
Plantation Homes is offering new homes in Meridiana’s second phase of 60-foot homesites with plans from 2,412 to 3,490 square feet.
Starting in the $310,000s, single- and two-story plans feature a family room, island kitchen, three-car garage, private study and game room.

Meridiana’s second phase of new homes includes the new on-site Caffey Junior High School, currently under construction. Upon opening in fall 2021, the new school will join the on-site Meridiana Elementary School. Iowa Colony High School, opening fall 2022, will be located adjacent to the community.
