Meridiana Summer Sales Event features $3,000 off select new homes
The award-winning master-planned community of Meridiana is kicking up savings opportunities with its limited-time Summer Sales Event, when buyers can receive a $3,000 credit on the purchase of select new luxury homes.
Beginning June 1, buyers can go to MeridianaTexas.com and browse eligible new homes from awardwinning Meridiana home builders. Buyers need to click on the View Promotion button on a select property to download the $3,000 savings certificate for presentation to a builder’s sales representative.
Meridiana’s Summer Sales Event savings offer is valid on the purchase of an eligible new Meridiana home with an earnest money contract signed by June 30, 2020. In addition, purchasers must close by July 31, 2020.
Now with five new showcase models joining a collection of fully furnished model homes, the 2017-2018 GHBA Community of the Year presents new homes from the low $200,000s to the $600,000s minutes south of Pearland.
