Realtor’s Inner Loop focus delivers ideal results
Working out of the company’s central office, Realtor Jennifer Jacaman with Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty enjoys helping people find their perfect home.
Jacaman, whose mainly sells homes primarily inside the Loop and bordering markets, has a passion for residential real estate and interior design.
“I truly feel your home should be your sanctuary, so I love helping people make that a reality,” said Jacaman.
Jacaman said now is a good time to buy and sell with both low inventory and record low interest rates, and she encouraged people to take advantage of the situation.
“I like selling in the central area inside the loop because of desirable walkability and easy accessibility within 20 minutes. There are also lock-andleave options with condos and high-rises with fullservice amenities,” she said.
Jacaman, a Laredo native who graduated from the University of Texas, moved to Houston four years ago after living in Austin for 18 years. She currently resides in the Upper Kirby/River Oaks area in a high-rise. She loves calling Houston home.
“I knew this is where I wanted to stay. I love the diverse cultures, arts/ sports, restaurants, and real estate,” said Jacaman.
She began her career as the director of marketing and leasing and property management. Jacaman then went to work for a home builder, managing their design center assisting clients. In addition, she gained skills in digital marketing and social media expertise after a longterm career in software sales.
“After the housing market crash in 2007, I worked for a marketing software company prior to getting my real estate license. This allowed me to gain marketing technology skills which I now utilize to market and sell homes,” she said.
Choosing a career in real estate was an easy one, as Jacamon was inspired by her mother.
“She is my role model and has been a Realtor at Martha Turner Sotheby’s for over a decade. Being a Realtor is a career where you never have to retire, and I love that,” she said.
Jacaman’s dedication to clients has been notable. She was awarded the MTSIR Circle of Excellence — Silver honor and has received a Top 25 Agent of the Quarter award.
She said her attributes when working with clients include being dedicated, diligent, and reliable, among others.
“I go above and beyond the call of duty,” she said.
“When you love what you do, it doesn’t feel like work. Helping people motivates me, and when we win together, it is very gratifying.”
