Bernstein Realty’s virtual annual awards ceremony celebrates 2020 achievemen­ts

On Thursday, Feb. 4, Amy Bernstein, broker/owner of Bernstein Realty, hosted the company’s Annual Awards Ceremony.

It is typically held in person, however this year was a bit different, as the event was held virtually over Zoom. This ceremony is a special time for the agents to celebrate their accomplish­ments and success from the previous year. This year, Cathy Craig was awarded the highest honor of “Top Producer” for 2020.

Amy Bernstein presented the company’s top five agents of 2020 with the Achievemen­t of Excellence Award, in alphabetic­al order: Craig, Estelle Elles, Janice Ratliff, Melinda Gordon, and Susan McCauley.

Craig was also awarded the Top Sales Agent for Seller’s Representa­tion and Buyer’s Representa­tion. Mark McNitt was awarded Top Sales Listing Agent and Neil Silverman was awarded Top Lease Listing Agent. Shelby

Matthews was awarded as the company’s Top Leasing Agent. Craig also won an award for Largest Production increase in Dollar Volume, and Pamela Rich won an award for Largest Production Increase in Number of Transactio­ns. Meagan Bordelon was awarded with Bernstein Realty’s Rising Star Award, and Victor Boyd was awarded the company’s Shining Star Award. McCauley won the award for Highest Dollar Sale, and Wayne Cohen won the award for Lowest

Dollar Sale.

Many milestone anniversar­ies in 2020 were also recognized during the awards ceremony. Bernstein celebrated 35 years with Bernstein Realty, as well as the 35th anniversar­y of opening the doors to Bernstein Realty in 1985. Mary Piper celebrated 20 years, Trent Johnson celebrated 15 years, and Tricia David celebrated 10 years. Craig and Lindsay Schmulen both celebrated their five-year anniversar­ies with the company.
